Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "User", or "Player") and the operators of this poker application (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, installing, opening, registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service and uninstall it. There is no partial acceptance.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) you are not located, domiciled, or resident in any jurisdiction where online poker, real-money gaming, or cryptocurrency-based gaming is restricted, prohibited, or requires a license the Service does not hold; (d) you are not on any sanctions or restricted-persons list maintained by any government; and (e) all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location.

You may sign in with Telegram or, on the browser only, with Google. Inside the Telegram Mini App we verify Telegram's signed WebApp initData payload. In a regular browser we verify a Telegram Login Widget payload signed by Telegram for the same bot, or a Google Identity Services ID token verified with Google. Telegram Mini App and Telegram Login Widget identify the same Telegram account. A Google sign-in creates a separate player identity keyed by Google account id and does not merge with a Telegram account. Google sign-in is not available in the Mini App or on the admin dashboard. For on-chain transactions we also use TonConnect-compatible wallets. You are solely responsible for the security of your Telegram account, your Google account, your wallet seed phrases, your private keys, and any device used to access the Service. We are not a custodian of your wallet, your keys, or your seed phrases, and we cannot recover, freeze, reverse, or otherwise interfere with any blockchain transaction once it is broadcast. Loss of your Telegram account, Google account, or wallet access is your sole risk; we have no obligation to restore access, balances, or game history. A newer successful login invalidates any earlier session for the same account. The session token is stored on your device as "poker_token".

In-game chips are a revocable license to participate in gameplay and are not money, e-money, securities, or property of any kind. Subject to these Terms and platform rules, you may transfer real (wallet) chips to other players in-app. Chips have no guaranteed exchange rate and may be modified, suspended, frozen, or removed at our sole discretion. Deposits to your chip balance are processed by sending GRAM to an address designated by the Service and confirmed via a third-party blockchain indexer. Withdrawals, where available, are processed at our discretion subject to network conditions, anti-fraud review, applicable rake or fees, balance verification, and any holds we impose.

You acknowledge and accept that: (i) on-chain transactions are irreversible; (ii) we cannot recover GRAM sent to an incorrect address, with incorrect memo data, or during network outages; (iii) confirmation times depend on the GRAM network and third-party indexers; (iv) exchange rates between GRAM and chips are set by us and may change without notice; (v) we may delay, deny, reverse, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal if we suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, sanctions exposure, exploitation of bugs, or violation of these Terms; and (vi) you bear all gas, miner, indexer, and network fees. ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Free Play mode uses non-redeemable, non-transferable promotional chips with no monetary value, no resale value, and no expectation of conversion to real currency or cryptocurrency. Free Play chips are provided "as a courtesy" and may be added, reset, expired, removed, or modified at any time without notice and without compensation. Free Play does not constitute gambling, a sweepstakes, a contest, or a promise of winnings. No rake is applied to Free Play tables; no ledger entry is created. Use of Free Play does not entitle you to access real-money cash games, private tables, or tournaments separately governed by these Terms.

Private tables are organized by individual hosts, who set buy-ins, invite players, manage whitelists, and may kick or ban players at their discretion. You acknowledge that we do not vet hosts or guests. We are not a party to any private table arrangement and disclaim all responsibility for disputes, collusion, refunds, or losses arising on private tables. Tournaments, where offered, may have additional rules, fees, and prize structures published at registration; participation constitutes acceptance of those rules. Cash games and rake are operated by the Service; rake percentages and caps may change at our discretion.

You agree NOT to, and not to attempt to:

• use any bot, script, AI assistant, solver, HUD, real-time-assistance tool, automated agent, or third-party software that interacts with the Service, except a licensed Arena agent as described in this Section;
• collude with any other player, share hole-card information, soft-play, chip-dump, or coordinate strategy or stakes outside the table;
• operate multiple accounts, sell, lend, or transfer your account, or play on another person's account;
• exploit, probe, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, intercept, modify, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, protocols, RNG behaviour, hole cards, or server state;
• circumvent rate limits, anti-cheat signals, geolocation controls, KYC, or any security mechanism;
• deposit, gamble with, or attempt to launder proceeds of crime, sanctioned funds, mixer outputs, or any unlawfully obtained cryptocurrency;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other players, staff, or third parties; or
• use the Service in any manner that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

Unauthorized automation remains banned on cash games, Free Play, private tables, clubs, and tournaments. Arena is the licensed exception: an owner-authorized agent may sit and act only on Arena tables, spending that owner's chips. The owner is liable for everything the agent does, including wins and busts. Pause or revoke the connection from the Arena console to unplug the agent; folding or leaving the watch view does not stand the agent down.

Any violation entitles us, at our sole and absolute discretion and without notice, to: suspend or terminate your account; void any hand, session, tournament result, or payout; confiscate your chip balance (including Nuggets and deposited amounts); reverse credits; report you to law enforcement and blockchain analytics partners; and pursue civil or criminal remedies. You waive any claim to chips, balances, or winnings forfeited under this Section.

Cards are dealt using a committed shuffle: before each hand, we publish a SHA-256 commitment to a server-generated seed. After the hand completes, the server verifies the full recorded deal against that commitment while keeping the seed, mucked cards, and remaining deck private. The shuffle uses a deterministic Fisher-Yates algorithm driven by an HMAC-SHA256 stream. While we provide in-app verification results and publish the algorithm, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE SYSTEM IS FREE FROM IMPLEMENTATION DEFECTS, FREE FROM BIAS, OR IMMUNE TO SERVER-SIDE SEED GRINDING PRIOR TO COMMIT. The Service may at any time rebuild, replay, void, re-deal, refund, or otherwise modify hands, pots, payouts, or ledger entries to correct bugs, prevent exploitation, or comply with law. You waive any claim arising from such corrective actions.

Online poker depends on internet connectivity, Telegram, the GRAM network, third-party APIs (including blockchain indexers), and our infrastructure. We are not liable for any losses, missed actions, timeouts, all-ins, leaves, rebuy failures, missed deposits or withdrawals, or hand outcomes caused by your connection, your device, Telegram, the GRAM network, blockchain congestion, third-party service outages, or any event beyond our reasonable control (including DDoS, hostile actors, regulatory action, war, natural disaster, or pandemic). When in doubt, the server-side record of any hand or balance is final and binding.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, RNG FAIRNESS, CUSTODIAL SECURITY, AND COMPATIBILITY. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST OR CONFISCATED CHIPS, GRAM, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY; LOST DATA; LOST GOODWILL; OR LOST OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED, AT OUR ELECTION, TO THE LESSER OF (A) THE TOTAL RAKE OR FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). THIS CAP APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTORY, AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, including gambling, tax, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions laws; (d) any content or communications you provide; and (e) any dispute between you and another player or third party.

We may suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate your account and any associated balances at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends, all chips are forfeit unless we elect otherwise, and we may permanently retain game logs, ledger entries, security signals, and on-chain records as permitted by law. You may stop using the Service at any time, but accrued obligations survive.

The Service, its software, user interface, card-back designs, branding, content, and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service solely for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service.

You and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in a court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for matters within its jurisdiction. Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized international arbitration body under its rules then in effect; the seat shall be a jurisdiction selected by us; the language shall be English; and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer protection law would otherwise apply, only the minimum protections required by such law will apply, and all other terms remain in full force.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them at any time. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements. Headings are for convenience only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or regulatory filings arising from your use of the Service, including any income, capital gain, or transactional taxes on cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency values can be extremely volatile and can lose value rapidly or entirely. Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose.
